TerraSys™ can use soil characterisation data as the starting point for the risk assessment. The program can directly load Excel® or delimited soil data files.
The program incorporates several statistical and geostatistical functions that allow the user to explore the data easily and rapidly. Various specialised graphs can be created in seconds, facilitating the analysis of data.
TerraSys™ can also map characterisation data in order to rapidly get an overview of the site contamination. The program allows the mapping of measured data as well as concentrations estimated by geostatistical modelling also performed by TerraSys™. Two distinct geostatistical methods (interpolation and stochastic modelling) are provided in order to adequately address specific contamination conditions.
