The data entry phase consists of bringing together, in a form useable by TerraSys™, all the factual information belonging to the case under study. This information includes:

• the physico-chemical soil characterisation data;
• the results of biotests conducted on samples from the site, if available;
• a base map of the area of interest, as well as a mask defining the specific study site on the base map;
• the characterisation of contaminants, in terms of physico-chemical, environmental and toxicological properties.
