Remediation on a risk assessment basis

Solutions for the redevelopment of brownfields , urban fringes and industrial sites have been devised following analysis of the options for risk management, rendering large-scale residential development projects and recreational or commercial urban planning projects economically viable.

Once given the approval of the appropriate Environment Ministry, such projects can lead to the elimination of vacant lots or abandoned industrial sites and the creation of new, fully-integrated green spaces in construction projects.
