Development of remediation and demolition plans

The application of a strategy for the improvement and remediation of a site involves the following steps:

• definition of the objectives
• identification of participants and service providers
• description of the methods to be used
• a sequence of operations
• a schedule

These elements are assembled and defined in the remediation (or demolition) plan.
