The verification or "audit" of environmental conformity consists of checking, in a systematic fashion, whether an activity or group of activities respects the environmental laws and regulations applicable to such operations.
This process leads to a list of recommendations and the development of an action plan aimed at correcting the points that do not meet the regulatory requirements or conform with the 'good practices' of the industry.
