ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS

Sanexen conducts Phase I and II environmental assessments on industrial, commercial and residential sites. The data collected during an environmental site assessment serve as a basis for the development of clean-up strategies and related cost estimates. In addition, we provide verification of environmental conformity (VEC) services. The conclusions of a VEC generally lead to a list of recommendations that identify intervention priorities.

These types of studies are designed to create a portrait of the environmental situation of a site or an activity at a given moment. In order to obtain the most accurate portrait possible, our experts use a variety of techniques and methods described in this section.
