Experts certification (Section IV.2.1 of the EQA)

Sanexen has on its team four experts listed with the MDDEP1 (Division IV.2.1 of the EQA2): Ms. Colette Rainville and Messrs. Bernard Meunier, Patrice Carpentier and Serge Panasuk.

These experts verify and approve legal documents, characterisation reports, remediation reports and study summaries as required by the EQA for sites subject to the regulation.

Sanexen is working with qualified professionals involved in the registration of notices of contamination, remediation and land use restriction.

In this respect, we have drawn up, submitted for approval to the MDDEP and carried out numerous remediation plans based on risk assessment as well as on generic limit values set by MDDEP. In certain cases, site-specific remediation criteria have been developed and custom-designed risk management measures have been defined by our team in conformity with MDDEP requirements.
